The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), Swaziland and the Financial Services Commission (FSC), Mauritius entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 31 March 2016 regarding Mutual Assistance and Exchange of Information.
The FSRA Swaziland and the FSC Mauritius, in considering the increasing international activity in the financial market, and the corresponding need for mutual cooperation and consultation among financial regulators to ensure compliance with, and enforcement of, their financial laws and regulations entered into the MoU to strengthen cooperation and collaboration in this respect.
This MoU sets forth the Authorities' intent with regard to mutual assistance and the exchange of information for the purpose of enforcing and securing compliance with the respective Laws and Regulations of the jurisdictions of the Authorities.
