Financial Services Commission: Off-Site Procedures

The Financial Services Commission has issued a circular letter on Off-Site Procedures on the 3rd December 2015. The main objective of the circular letter is to standardise procedures and business practices to ensure a uniform approach and an efficient collaboration between the Financial Services Commission and Management Companies / Registered Agents. 

To reduce unnecessary processing delays, the Financial Services Commission has provided additional requirements that Management Companies and Registered Agents need to comply with.
